Frozen Strawberry Banana Protein Shake

Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 cup Skim Milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3-4 Frozen or fresh strawberries
- 3-4 1-inch frozen or fresh banana pieces
- 4-5 Ice Cubes
Cooking Directions
- Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Using frozen fruit will produce a thicker shake than fresh. See my tips and tricks for freezing bananas.
